We help plan, install and commission Heatmiser Neo controls as part of an integrated home. For an existing installation, tell us which rooms are affected, how the heating behaves and whether local controls or the app are involved. We coordinate control requirements with the heating installer where the boiler, manifold or valves need attention.
Which Neo model does what?
- neoStat V3: a mains-powered programmable thermostat, selected to match the wiring and heating arrangement.
- neoStat-e V3: the electric floor-heating model, with a stated 16 A switching limit. We match the control and sensor requirements to the installation.
- neoAir V3: battery-powered wireless control using the compatible RF Switch V2 receiver or UH8-RF V2 wiring centre.
- neoStat-hw V3: a hot-water programmer with changeover contacts.
We match each model to the heating design using Heatmiser’s model-selection guidance, reviewed 8 September 2026.
App access and integration
The neoHub G3 connects to the router by Ethernet and supports up to 32 devices. We coordinate the connection, device coverage and app handover as part of the installation.
For Savant, Control4 or another platform, we match the hub generation and supported interface to the room functions you want, bringing the heating into the wider home-control design.
