La Tzoumaz: Lutron Lighting & Chalet Audio

Lighting and music in the mountains

This four-bedroom chalet in La Tzoumaz combines Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting with Sonos music and Ruckus Wi-Fi. The installation covers the bedrooms and main living spaces, bringing the technology into the way each room is used.

Light from room to room

The team planned the lighting controls alongside the chalet’s interiors and programmed the lighting room by room. HomeWorks QS gives the owners a coordinated way to manage the light throughout the property.

Music through the chalet

Sonos brings music to the bedrooms and living areas. The audio zones and network coverage were designed together, with Ruckus Wi-Fi and wired access-point connections supporting the installation across the property.

Planning the installation

Control positions, audio equipment, cable routes and service access were coordinated with the build. The systems were then commissioned together, giving the owners lighting, music and connectivity suited to their mountain home.
