The property, valued at £35 million, boasts an expansive 20m indoor swimming pool, a top-tier cinema room worth £235k, staff quarters, a six-car garage, and eight acres of verdant grounds, including its private forest.

 

London Electricals Ltd was entrusted with upgrading the property's technology, and we ensured every detail was taken care of with precision and finesse. The mansion initially had a KNX lighting system, but it needed to be more up to the high standards of the discerning owners. Thus, we replaced it with a Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting installation, a system synonymous with luxury and unrivalled control.  And changed all the downlights (some 480 fittings) to the Orluna True fitting; this enhanced the lighting to give vibrance to the decor and has improved the mood of the rooms with high CRI lighting to match the lighting control system.

 

Our commitment to creating a seamless living environment extended to integrating a state-of-the-art Savant whole home control system. This system allows the residents to manage their home's atmosphere with a simple touch, from lighting and heating (with KNX heating integration) to music and security. 

 

The mansion's WiFi network received an upgrade too. We installed a Ruckus Zone Master Wifi System throughout the property, ensuring robust and fast connectivity across all corners of the mansion. From the furthest bedroom to the depths of the indoor pool area, the WiFi connection remains stable and robust.

 

We installed a 5.2 cinema surround sound system for the audiophiles that effortlessly fills the mansion with immersive, high-quality sound. This audio setup is perfectly complemented by a giant 160" TV, making it an ultimate hub for entertainment.

 

One of the standout features of the project was the installation of an outdoor television on the terrace, which was shipped in from America. This TV features an automatic lift that securely houses it when not in use. Organising a crane to install this state-of-the-art piece of technology was a unique challenge we were proud to overcome.
