Islington Penthouse: Lutron, Savant & Cinema

A penthouse made for living

With views across London, this Angel penthouse gave us the opportunity to bring lighting, shading, music and cinema into one home. We installed Lutron HomeWorks QS and Sivoia window treatments alongside Savant control and a managed network.

Lighting and shading together

HomeWorks controls the lighting and works with the Sivoia window treatments. Coordinating both lets the residents shape the light in their rooms through the day, with Savant bringing the wider home controls into the same experience.

Films, music and television

The cinema includes Artcoustic loudspeakers and a 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos arrangement. Bang & Olufsen televisions form part of the wider audiovisual installation, with Savant providing the home-control interface.

Entertainment beyond the living room

The rooftop includes an outdoor cinema with the London skyline as its setting. A UniFi network supports the home’s connected systems, bringing the interior and outdoor entertainment into the same overall project.
