An inherited Savant system can be assessed, but access, software generation, licensing, host condition, network health and existing documentation determine what can be supported.
Does Savant depend on the home network?
Yes. Reliable control and media depend on a stable, correctly designed network, so network health is part of a responsible Savant assessment.
Can changes be quoted before the system is inspected?
We can discuss likely routes, but a firm scope requires enough information to identify the host, software, integrations, access and current fault or change request.
