Our goal was to heighten the sophisticated charm of this property through the strategic integration of leading home automation systems, ensuring convenience, comfort and seamless control became a standard part of the homeowner's daily experience.

A focal point of this project was the incorporation of the Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting system. As Lutron Pro Installers, we understand the profound impact of lighting on a home's ambiance. To provide a unified, user-friendly control experience, we employed Savant – a renowned home automation platform known for its intuitive operation and seamless integration capabilities. Savant's integration was not just limited to the home's entertainment system. We also integrated it with the property's door entry system, granting the residents a secure and hassle-free way to monitor and manage access to their home.

Moreover, we further expanded the scope of Savant’s control by integrating it with the home's air conditioning system via the Savant CoolMaster. This integration created a synergistic HVAC solution that allows the residents to control their home’s temperature with ease, ensuring year-round comfort regardless of London's ever-changing weather.

Understanding the critical role of a robust, reliable network to support these advanced systems, we installed a comprehensive home Wi-Fi network using Ruckus technology. This network serves as the technological backbone of the residence, ensuring optimal performance and seamless connectivity throughout the property, whether streaming music, adjusting the lighting, or checking the door entry system.
