The brief
Provide central lighting control and a straightforward smart-home route for music, door entry and climate across the residence.
The challenge
Lighting, entry, climate, music and network services had to share a dependable infrastructure and a control approach that did not expose the technical complexity to everyday users.
Design approach
Lutron HomeWorks QS provides centralised lighting and seeTouch keypad control. Savant brings music, door entry and climate functions into one straightforward interface, supported by the property network.
Electrical and infrastructure
The control experience depended on lighting panels and keypads, Savant host and connected devices, CoolMaster interface requirements and a stable Ruckus wired and wireless network.
Installation
The installation combined the Lutron lighting panels and keypads, Savant control, climate interface, door entry and Ruckus network throughout the property.
Programming and commissioning
We programmed lighting scenes and Savant controls around the household’s everyday routines, keeping the technical complexity behind a consistent interface.
The result
The result is a connected home where central lighting, music, climate and entry control work together naturally.
