The Lakes Pool House: Lutron Lighting & Shading

A home beside the water

This pool house at The Lakes by Yoo combines views over the water with a rooftop pool and a coordinated home-technology installation. Our work brought together Lutron lighting and shading, Savant control, Orluna fittings and Ruckus Wi-Fi.

Light and shade through the day

We installed HomeWorks QS lighting control and Sivoia window treatments. Together, they give the household control over artificial light, daylight and privacy. The lighting scenes bring a choice of atmosphere to the interiors.

The controls behind the experience

Savant brings the home’s controls together through a shared interface. Orluna LED fittings complete the lighting scheme, with the fittings, controls and interiors considered as parts of the same project.

Connected across the property

Ruckus Wi-Fi supports the connected equipment and everyday internet use. The finished installation brings light, shading and home control into this lakeside setting, ready for the way the property is enjoyed.
