The Lakes by Yoo Project: Pool House Crafting a Luxurious Lakeside Living Experience with Smart Technology 

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Lakes by Yoo offers an unparalleled luxury living experience. This stunning development, consisting of RIKO-built mansions from Scandinavia, delivers breath-taking views over the lakes, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquillity and grandeur. Each mansion, priced between £3 million to £5 million, encapsulates top-notch interior designs by renowned professionals, adding to their appeal.

At London Electricals Ltd, we were entrusted with the task of elevating the opulence of these homes with smart technology solutions. Our contribution centred around one of these spectacular homes, a show house with a rooftop pool offering arresting views of the surrounding lakes. 

We started with the Lutron HomeWorks QS Lighting Control System, which was chosen for its ability to offer superior light control, ensuring that the magnificent interiors of these homes could be showcased in the best possible way. Lutron HomeWorks QS provides residents with the flexibility to create a variety of lighting scenes to suit their mood and the occasion, creating an elegant and comfortable environment.

Complementing the lighting control system, we also integrated Lutron Sivoia Electronic Window Treatments. This allowed for automated control of blinds and curtains, enhancing privacy and enabling optimal control of natural light. Sivoia window treatments also contribute to energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs by managing heat gain and loss through the windows.

To ensure a robust and seamless connectivity experience for residents, we installed a Ruckus WiFi system, optimized to work with Hyper Optics. This ensures that residents can enjoy uninterrupted internet connectivity, vital for today's connected lifestyle. 

Further enriching the living experience, we incorporated a Savant Smart Home Control System. Savant provides a seamless control interface for various home systems including lighting, climate control, entertainment, and security. This allows residents to manage their home's environment with just a few taps on their smartphones or tablets. 

The finishing touch to our installation was the integration of Orluna LED light fittings. Known for their aesthetic appeal and superior light quality, Orluna fittings helped to create an immersive and luxurious atmosphere in the homes.
