HomeWorks 4 Series, 8 Series, Interactive, Illumination, QS and QSX are not one interchangeable platform. The assessment records the likely generation, age, programming-file position and visible symptoms so the first conversation can focus on a controlled repair or migration route.

Can you assess a Lutron system installed by another company?
Yes. Start with what you know. Safely visible labels, approximate age, symptoms, drawings, old quotations and any project file can help establish the right next step.
Do I need to know which HomeWorks processor I have?
No. Choose ‘Not sure’ and describe the symptoms. We can usually narrow the generation down from safely visible labels, keypad styles and installation history.
Is the recovery assessment a diagnosis or final HomeWorks design?
No. It creates a structured brief and likely first review. Repair diagnosis, upgrade compatibility, final design and pricing require the appropriate technical assessment.
Does the new-system builder show equipment pricing?
Available exact-SKU equipment prices including VAT are shown where a current approved mapping exists. Keypad assemblies, unpriced equipment, installation and commissioning still require a written quotation.
