neoStat WiFi and neoHub are different arrangements

The neoStat WiFi is designed to connect directly to a Wi-Fi router for smart control. Other neo systems use a neoHub gateway to bring compatible devices together. The model name matters when planning an addition, account setup or wider integration.

Plan around the heating zones

We review the room names, heating zones, schedules and controls alongside the mechanical installation. A useful interface makes it clear which room you are adjusting and how the setting relates to the rest of the system.

Underfloor heating, towel rails and other loads have their own control requirements. The selected thermostat, wiring and operating mode are coordinated with the heating specialist.
