A Lutron project starts with a conversation about the home. Which rooms should feel calm in the evening? Where do you read, cook or entertain? What would you like a single button to do? Those answers guide the design all the way through to the final scene settings.

Explore the rooms and the finishes

We review the plans, lighting ideas and window treatments with you and the design team. Keypad samples, fabric choices and room scenes help make the options tangible. HomeWorks, RadioRA 3 and RA2 Select each have a place, selected around the installation and the level of control wanted.

Put the detail into the drawings

The lighting circuits, drivers, controls, panel space and shade power are coordinated with the electrical and interior design. Keypad locations and engraving belong in the same conversation as door furniture, joinery and decorative finishes.

That gives the team a clear installation plan and the client a useful picture of the finished rooms.

Install and programme the experience

We bring the equipment together, test the loads and programme the agreed scenes. In the completed room, we adjust the levels from the places people actually sit and stand. A dining scene may pick out the table and soften the surrounding light; a film scene can bring shades and lighting into the viewing setup.

Show you the system and look after it

Handover is a practical walk through the controls, scenes and app functions included in your home. We keep the system information organised and can agree ongoing care for maintenance, adjustments and future improvements.
