Welbeck House: Lutron Lighting & Door Entry

Modern controls, original character

Welbeck House combines original architectural features with updated lighting and building systems. Our work covered Lutron lighting, BPT door entry and the reception interface across the 24-apartment property.

Giving the original lighting new life

We restored the original chandeliers with silver electroplating and upgraded the lighting to LED. The scheme keeps those fittings at the centre of the interior while bringing them into the updated lighting installation.

Entry for residents and reception

BPT XIP intercoms connect the apartments with the building’s entrance and reception. We replaced the apartment monitors and installed an integrated concierge interface, bringing visitor communication into one coordinated system.

Building control and ongoing care

The lighting installation includes BACnet integration with the wider building systems. Following the refurbishment, we provided a maintenance contract to look after the installation and support its day-to-day operation.
