Savant, Crestron Home and Control4 can each bring lighting, entertainment and other supported home systems into a familiar set of controls. The useful comparison starts with the home: what you want to do, which equipment is already there and the controls you enjoy using.
Savant brings audio, video, scenes and supported home interfaces into its control experience. It is a strong conversation to have when music and viewing are central to the brief. We plan the host, room controls, distribution and network around the scale of the installation.

Crestron Home has its own operating system, supported equipment and integration approach. It is distinct from the older Pyng system and from a fully custom-programmed Crestron installation. That distinction is useful when taking over a property or planning an upgrade.
We look at the actual processor and programme, then discuss the control experience and changes you want. Crestron’s Home overview shows the current platform.
Control4 brings supported lighting, AV, climate and other systems together, with room controls and scenes tailored to daily use. Its current home experience includes the X4 interface. For an existing installation, we review the controller, devices and software as part of the upgrade design.
Try the controls you will touch every day. Discuss the rooms, lighting and shading interfaces, network, equipment space and aftercare alongside the product selection. A clear proposal shows how those parts become one useful installation.
There is room for specialist systems too: Lutron can retain responsibility for lighting, for example, while the wider home platform calls agreed scenes.
